Can you add comment or color on why the
algorithm efforts have ended? It seemed that there wers significant hires during 2014 to build an independant effort with algorithms.

Our algorithm efforts in no way have ended — we continue to expand our algorithm support, as we say in slide 8. We are 100% full-steam ahead on algorithms.
